The entire service team at VW of Beaumont is outstanding. They go above and beyond to make every visit stress-free and ensure a great experience. They keep you well informed throughout the process. Kayla has always taken excellent care of my service needs and is a pleasure to work with. Whenever there’s something she doesn’t know or can’t answer, she turns to Orlena, the service manager. Orlena is exceptional at what she does. I would highly recommend VW of Beaumont, TX for all your service needs. 100%.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the service department. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and a tire repair and was initially told the wait would be approximately 2–2.5 hours. The service ultimately took **4.5 hours** to complete. After waiting three hours, I spoke with the service representative, who assured me he would get everything taken care of as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, it still took another hour and a half after that conversation. A 4.5-hour wait for an oil change and a simple tire repair/patch is unreasonable. This was also not my first disappointing experience. During the previous oil change, the technician apparently failed to properly refill the oil. Approximately a month later, my low-oil warning light came on, and I discovered that my vehicle was two quarts low. There was no oil leak and the vehicle was not burning oil, leaving the oil change as the only reasonable explanation. I understand that unexpected delays can happen, but the lack of efficiency and the previous issue with the oil service are concerning. Alexis was amazing! She met me outside before I even got out of my car. I arrived an hour early, and she still helped me without any hesitation. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made the whole experience easy and welcoming. I’ll definitely be requesting her every time!

Only 1 star because there is not a option for zero! Worst experience ever for an “free” oil change. 10 am appointment, meant nothing. Car not touched 2.5 hours later when we returned to the dealership. The female service advisor was rude. We left and drove 20 miles home. 2 more hours later, got a call, car is ready. Wasted my entire day Went to pick it up, I checked the oil, it was LOW!! Had to wait even more for a tech to come fill my car up with oil. I want a refund for my remaining “free” oil changes. I can have it done hassle free in 10 minutes, and correctly filled. I could have driven to Houston and had it done at Demontron Volkswagen faster with a much more professional staff. Can’t wait to have time to put Yall all over Facebook to warn people about your service.

Horrible service. They will lie to you and switch things around to their advantage. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but since they asked me to give a review… here is my honest experience. I leased a car towards the end 2024. A few months later the oil change was due. All of my oil changes (3) are supposed to be covered by them since it is a lease as long as I do them at 10,000 miles, 20,000 miles and 30,000 miles because that’s the mileage I’m leasing for, anything above that I would have to pay for. The first one was due once I had been driving the car for one year or once the car reached the 10,000 miles. When the light came on I had had the car for about 4 months and the it had a little bit over 2,000 miles. The lady taking care of my during my appointment was very rude and said that because of the production date the car needed an oil change and that it would be claimed as my first (10,000 miles or 12months) even though I didn’t meet that criteria. I asked her if the last oil change would still be covered and she said oh yea and proceeded to treat me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I didn’t want to be difficult so I went ahead with what she said because
